The challenge

A company recognized for its experience in the industrial washing sector, has started a collaboration with the Pontiggia Group for the production of laser-cut and custom-bent sheet metal.

After a meeting with a Pontiggia Group salesman, it was decided to develop an ad hoc project that included not only sheet metal processing, but also a complete supply of the product, including the construction of frames and assembly of the company’s machines.

This project involved the true technological heart of the Pontiggia Group: a laboratory with 50 technicians including experts and engineers, engaged in the design, construction and customization of “custom” industrial machines. This order allowed us to enter a new sector, that of industrial washing.

Our solution

The goal was to create a complete turnkey project that allowed the company to streamline the production process.

We started with the production of laser-cut and custom-bent sheet metal and then created the entire production chain. The company achieved significant savings in time and costs, thanks to the implementation of customized solutions. The new machines allowed a significant reduction in production times and operating costs, thus increasing the company’s competitiveness on the market.
