The challenge

An ambitious architectural project, designed by a leading architect, with the aim of transforming the building into a dynamic and adaptable structure capable of accommodating both office and residential spaces.
The main challenge lay in combining aesthetics with functionality: an advanced architectural design, characterised by changes in level and non-standard geometries, which required highly precise and flexible technical solutions.

Added to this was the need to ensure structural lightness, a reduced environmental impact and full compliance with the safety and stability requirements typical of the use of metals in the construction sector.

Our solution

We have developed an integrated approach that combines advanced engineering, sustainability and precision in construction.

The structure has been designed using metal, with each element optimised to ensure strength, modularity and speed of installation, whilst remaining true to the original architectural concept.

The project was based on principles of reduced environmental impact, through the use of low-carbon technologies and sustainable chemistry, minimising emissions and environmental impact throughout the project’s entire life cycle.

Thanks to a detailed engineering process, it was possible to transform a complex architectural concept into a concrete, efficient and replicable solution, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
