Design support

Our Design Department, comprised of specialised technicians and engineers, can assist clients with the development and engineering of their products, particularly more complex ones. We analyse specific requirements to identify the best solution in terms of manufacturing times and costs.

Metal machining

Our plants can manufacture everything from small steel, aluminium, and iron components to aluminium sheets up to 50 mm thick. Metal machining also includes off-the-shelf flat extruded profiles up to a maximum length of 6 metres. Large sheets are machined with 3-, 4-, 5-axis machinery.

Plastics machining

We have the equipment needed to produce anything from small mechanical parts to large sheets in polycarbonate, methacrylate, PVC and Derlin polyethylene.

Milling, turning and welding

A regularly updated machine park ensures high accuracy and quality machining with tight tolerances. MIG, MAG, TIG welding.

Assembly

We can offer clients a turnkey service, supplying single components or pre-assembled parts according to the required specifications.

Industrial machine assembly

Working side by side with industrial machinery and plant manufacturers, we have gained in-depth experience in developing frames and mechanical components.
