Sheet metal working is a constantly evolving process. We offer clients the most up-to-date solutions, achieving levels of precision otherwise not achievable using alternative techniques, thanks to recent investments in new technology and cutting-edge machinery.

The cutting width can vary from 0.1 to 1mm, making lasers the ideal tool to cut even the most precious metals.

The Pontiggia Group is highly specialised in this technology and uses different types of lasers for both sheet and tube cutting:

  • Fibre-optic laser, cutting-edge and latest-generation technology. With a work table measuring 4000*2000, it is currently used for machining aluminium, stainless steel, iron and brass.
  • CO2 laser technology, the most traditional technology used for sheet metal or tubes.

Our fully equipped machinery park allows us to promptly respond to the most urgent requests, discussing the best machining method with the client.
