Design and realisation of a pellet vending machine

The challenge

Gruppo Pontiggia was approached by a leading company to design and build an automatic pellet dispenser.

This project involved the true technological heart of the Pontiggia Group: a workshop comprising 50 technicians, including surveyors and engineers, engaged in the design, manufacture and customisation of bespoke industrial machinery.

The management of the job order was complete: from the selection of external suppliers to the work of in-house specialised workers, all aimed at creating a single piece of machinery with attention to detail and of the highest quality.

The machinery, entirely designed and manufactured by the Pontiggia Group, was delivered to the customer finished, tested and complete even in its electronic systems.

The main objective was to radically transform the customer’s production paradigm by developing customised machinery for pellet distribution.
