Bespoke aluminium industrial plates for packaging machines

The challenge

A company recognised for its expertise in the packaging and automation sector, has partnered with the Pontiggia Group to produce customised aluminium industrial plates.

After a meeting with one of the Group’s salesmen, it was decided to develop an ad-hoc project that would include not only the production of the plates, but also a complete overhaul of the carpentry, industrial protection and a customised restyling of the company.

This project involved the true technological heart of Gruppo Pontiggia: a workshop with 50 technicians, including experts and engineers, engaged in the design, manufacture and customisation of ‘custom’ industrial machines and, a further challenge, the overhaul of the industrial protections for the safety of all workers.

Our solution

The aim was to radically change the client company’s production paradigm by customising machines, improving efficiency and ensuring the safety of workers.

The integration of customised machines has led to an increase in orders due to the increased production capacity and quality of the end products. At the same time, the safety of the workers was put at the centre of the project, with the installation of innovative industrial guards, ensuring a safe working environment that complies with current regulations.
