Following a recommendation from a business partner, the company chose Gruppo Pontiggia as its partner for the production phase, entrusting us with the assembly of the machine and the manufacture of components in accordance with the technical specifications provided by the client.
The project required the coordinated involvement of our in-house expertise — the technical department, production department, laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly — ensuring operational continuity, reliability and constant oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle. In an environment characterised by evolving production requirements and tight deadlines, it was essential to ensure an integrated and transparent workflow.

The production process was developed in full compliance with the technical specifications, using stainless steel sheet metal and incorporating the pneumatic components specified in the design. Every stage was managed with precision, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with the standards required by the food industry.
In addition to its mechanical features, the machine incorporates an energy-efficiency system designed to optimise energy consumption during operation.
