Gruppo Pontiggia manufactures aircraft maintenance platforms designed to improve operational efficiency and operator safety during aircraft maintenance activities.

Our solution

Gruppo Pontiggia designs and manufactures modular maintenance platforms for the aerospace industry, equipped with platform lifting systems that can be adjusted either manually or by means of electromechanical actuators. The platforms are also equipped with adaptable side slats, which are also modular and can be adjusted manually or by means of trapezoidal screw electromechanical systems.
These aircraft maintenance platforms are designed to precisely follow the profile and shape of any type of aircraft, optimising and streamlining maintenance operations and ensuring maximum safety for technical personnel.
The structure is made of extruded aluminium structural profiles to offer an optimal combination of lightness and strength. The design is ergonomic, the surface is non-slip, and the modular system allows the platform to be configured according to the size, profile and shape of the aircraft, as well as the specific requirements of each aircraft.
These aircraft platforms significantly contribute to improving the safety and efficiency of construction and maintenance activities, reducing intervention times and ensuring optimal access to critical aircraft components.
