Over the years, we have become highly specialised in all types of machining, enriching our machinery park with the latest, most innovative technologies.
As at today, we have 4- and 5-axis machining centres with a machining base of up to 9400 mm, enabling us to satisfy even the most demanding requirements.
We machine materials for third parties, managing all stages of the process. Our 40,000-square-metre warehouse is complete with dedicated spaces to manage inbound and outbound materials.
The main operations we perform are cutting, drilling, milling, blanking/deep drawing, threading and bending. The machined parts can be completed with special finishes and fittings.
Timely organisation and efficient coordination between the various departments allows dynamic and prompt response times, even for the most urgent jobs.
The Pontiggia Group carefully develops aluminium profiles for structural solutions intended for the furniture, lighting, construction, railway and mechanical engineering industries.
