Our department has 3-, 4-, and 5-axis MAZAK machines to ensure on-time and reliable service.

The work process begins with a comprehensive study of the drawings in the technical department in order to prepare the work sheets, which are then organised in the production flow based on the delivery schedule, allowing the efficient management of both large and small orders.

When requested by the client, pieces can also be assembled according to specifications.

What are the advantages of CNC milling?

In particular, having 5-axis CNC machines allows us to:

Achieve GREATER PRECISION: compared to a 3-axis CNC machine, where the piece often needs to be repositioned, 5-axis machines do not require the piece to be moved, thus achieving a higher level of accuracy.
FEWER HUMAN ERRORS: the possibility to perform a single machine set-up reduces the possibility of human errors due to incorrect positioning of the piece.
Greater product QUALITY: fewer vibrations and more control over machining results in smoother pieces with much higher machining precision.
